Tidyant Cloud SL. (hereinafter TidyAnt ), is an online service to manage different aspects of a business. These conditions set out the rights and obligations of the user and TidyAnt as service provider.
TidyAnt, with CIF B70152848 and with headquarters in Polígono Industriual de Merelle, 12 15680 Ordes, A Coruña, Spain, registered in the Mercantile Register A Coruña, Volume 3630, Folio 120, Section 8, Page 56231, provides the TidyAnt Web Site and its related services in accordance with the terms established below.
To access the service it is essential to be over eighteen (18).
A full legal name, email address, and all information required by TidyAnt in the account creation process must be provided.
It is the user’s responsibility to provide truthful information, and TidyAnt reserves the right to delete any account if it is suspected to be true or may violate any of TidyAnt’s usage rules.
You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account. TidyAnt will not be liable for any damage or loss that may result from a user’s failure to protect their access information.
The parties agree to legally equate the customer’s autograph signature to that made by any other type of key, code or identifying security element. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Service Provider may require written confirmation to the client when it deems it necessary.
Types of contract
The purchase of a TidyAnt payment plan starts the moment the user enters the card details and makes a first payment. Under no circumstances will any payments or returns be made.
The customer is responsible for any contract and therefore to evaluate each and every one of the functionalities, in no case are custom developments made and any information on new functionalities is merely informative and will not have any contractual link.
Once a payment plan has been contracted, it will be automatically renewed on the renewal date until the user deletes the account.
TidyAnt offers a tariff system that adapts to the volume of repairs made by the user. The limits for each tariff are specified in the price section at tidyant.com/precios. If the user exceeds any of the limits of his plan, he will have to upgrade his plan (or buy a temporary repair package).
TidyAnt reserves the right to modify the rates unilaterally and at any time, without granting such change any right to compensation from users.
Payment and access
A valid bank card is required to make payments. This is not required to create or use a free account. TidyAnt will recurrently charge you a periodic fee depending on the type of account you have.
The Service is charged each period in advance, and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the Service, nor will refunds be made if the user does not use the Service during the time period in which the account is open. No exceptions will be made.
The customer agrees that it shall not be necessary to confirm receipt of acceptance of the contract where the contract has been concluded exclusively by electronic communication.
In the event that the user’s account level increases due to the volume of repairs, his card will not be debited with the new amount until the next billing date. From this point onwards, your card will be charged for the new amount at the next billing date, unless the account is cancelled.
In the event of non-payment or return of the receipt, you will be notified of the non-payment and will automatically lose the ability to access the Service. The data will be deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of the non-payment.
No fee includes taxes or obligations required by your governmental authorities. The user is responsible for the payment of these taxes or obligations.
Service and Plan Modifications
TidyAnt reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice if it deems it appropriate. TidyAnt reserves the right to change monthly fees with 15 days notice. Notices of fee changes will be posted on TidyAnt’s website and by email.
Copyrights and intellectual property
TidyAnt owns all Intellectual Property rights to any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the Service name, artwork, all software associated with the Service and the user interface elements contained in the Service, many of the individual features and related documentation. You agree not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disguise any facet of the Service that TidyAnt owns. The user also agrees and undertakes not to use robots, spiders, other automated devices, or manual processes to control or copy any content of the Service. TidyAnt will not claim any Intellectual Property rights in any Content that you upload or provide to the Service.
General terms and conditions
The user is fully responsible for the access and correct use of TidyAnt subject to current national or international law, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs and public order. And specifically, it acquires the commitment to diligently observe the present General Conditions of use.
The user agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written consent of TidyAnt. The user may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited e-mail (spam).
You understand that the Service may be used for the transmission of your Content, and that during this process, your Content, including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages, may be transferred unencrypted over the Internet. You may not use the service to transmit any viruses, worms, or any other malicious or harmful content.
TidyAnt makes no warranties as to your ability to use the Service, your satisfaction with the Service, that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free, the accuracy of mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and the correction of Service errors.
Neither TidyAnt, its partners, nor its sponsors are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the user’s use of the Service. You can only resolve your dissatisfaction with the Service by discontinuing your use of the Service and terminating your account.
If any of the conditions described herein are invalid or unenforceable, the application of any of the remaining conditions shall in no event be affected.
Security & Privacy
TidyAnt Cloud S.L is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, thus complying with current regulations on confidentiality and security of confidential data.
The data that users enter in TidyAnt are hosted on Amazon servers in the European Union, thus ensuring both the regulations on data hosting and the highest levels of security and accessibility in the market.
